About Surrey And Hampshire Walkers

Welcome to Surrey & Hampshire Walkers!

We're a friendly, sociable walking group for people who enjoy getting outdoors, exploring lovely countryside and, just as importantly, meeting new people and making friends along the way.

Our walks take us through some of the most beautiful parts of Surrey, Hampshire and the surrounding areas. Expect picturesque villages, woodland trails, riverside paths, historic locations and plenty of lovely scenery.

We're not about speed, endurance or serious hiking. Our walks are generally relaxed and sociable, with time to enjoy the surroundings, have a good chat and, of course, finish with a well-deserved pub stop whenever possible!

More than just walking -
Alongside our regular walks, we organise a variety of social activities and outings, giving members plenty of opportunities to get together, enjoy new experiences and build friendships.

Whether you're new to the area, looking to expand your social circle, recently retired or simply want some good company and fresh air, you'll be very welcome.

You don't need to know anyone beforehand, and you certainly don't need to be an experienced walker. Just bring comfortable walking shoes, a friendly attitude and a sense of adventure.
