Joining groups, browsing events, RSVPing, and member messaging are free — always, with no paywalls.
For group organisers (Group Admins)
GatherUK has one organiser plan per group — all platform tools included. There is no separate free tier and no Pro or Premium upgrade.
- New groups: three months free — no credit card required to create a group.
- After the trial: £5 per month per group (GBP).
- Pay in advance via Stripe in 3-, 6-, or 12-month blocks (£15, £30, or £60).
- Subscription renewals align to the 15th of each month.
At the end of your free 3 months, your subscription will begin at £5/month. We'll email you before the trial ends — no surprises, no automatic charges without warning.
An active subscription keeps organiser tools and the group subscription live. Event payments from members (where organisers use Stripe Connect) are separate — those funds go directly to the organiser’s Stripe account, not to GatherUK.
Refunds and cooling-off
UK consumers purchasing a subscription may cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless the service has been fully performed with your express consent. See our Terms of Use for full details.
