The Problem: Platform Hopping Fatigue
Like many who care deeply about bringing neighbours together, Sheila has witnessed the 'platform-hopping' cycle firsthand: building something meaningful, only to see the platform change its terms, raise its prices, or lose the human touch that made it special.

Despite her efforts to honor her friend's commitment to the community, the platform provided no path forward, and the groups that had meant so much to so many were eventually lost.
Refusing to let that spirit of connection fade, Sheila looked for a better way to ensure her own groups would always have a permanent home.
